This is an incredible cabin with farmhouse feel. Just a short drive to Bear Ears National Monument. Bring your side by side's and trailers because there is ample parking located on this property. It has everything you need for your next trip to Southeastern Utah. Wifi and great cell service at the property. There is not extra cost to use the great parking options for your trailers, and all of your toys. Come and enjoy!

Located just outside of Blanding but within 3 mins to grocery store and gas stations.

Large area to park vehicles and utv/atv trailers.

*AC units provided during summer heat months are multiple portable units.

*The fireplace in the kitchen is functional and wood is usually provided but not guaranteed.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
